 Pregnancy yoga classes will help you meet the challenges of pregnancy and birth with strength, confidence and calm, and are open to women in their second and third trimesters. New session begins July 8, 2008.
In the Couples Workshop: Preparing for Childbirth with Movement & Breath expectant couples learn and practice breathing and movement specifically for labour and childbirth to encourage a supportive and positive childbirth experience. Sunday afternoon, June 15, 2008, or August 10, 2008.

 Mom and baby yoga provides an opportunity to regain core strength and flexibility, to practice baby massage, and to meet other moms and babies! Fun, informal, the babies are the 'bosses' in this class! New session begins July 8, 2008.

Yoga Nidra is a body-centered meditation practiced in a comfortable lying down position. Participants are guided into the deepest levels of relaxation and self-inquiry while remaining alert and aware.
Yoga Nidra can be practiced for many reasons: to deeply relax and release stress; to promote the healing of body-mind; and to rediscover a greater sense of wholeness and balance that is naturally ours.

 These evening yoga classes include the physical practice of yoga, yogic breathing, and relaxation/meditation. Just-you-time to go within, to reconnect and center.
Clearlight's teaching of the physical practice of postures balances both an emphasis on core stability and safe alignment with the importance of not only liberating deeply held tensions, but of discovering how the practice of yoga can bring a greater sense of wholeness and balance to every aspect of one's life.
New session of Kripalu yoga classes begins July 8, 2008.
